When right clicking install link and choosing "save link as...", a message
saying "page might have been removed or had its name changed" pops up.  If
regular clicked it yiels "firefox could not download the file at
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/extensions/mr_tech's_local_install/mr_tech's_local_install-2.0.1-fx+mz.xpi".
 Other extensions download as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open page at
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=421

2a. click on "install now" link and then click "install", or

2b. right click on "install now" link and choose "save link as..."

3. see message revealing problem.

Actual Results:  
a. message saying "firefox could not download the file at
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/extensions/mr_tech's_local_install/mr_tech's_local_install-2.0.1-fx+mz.xpi"
pops up.

b. message saying "page might have been removed or had its name changed" pops up.



Expected Results:  
a. extension should be installed.

b. "Save as..." dialog box should appear.
