There is no link to report errors, bugs or other problems. although bugzilla is
mentioned, there is no indication of where it can be found.

The faq on bugs (https://addons.mozilla.org/about/#bugs) also mentions bugzilla
but with no link.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit page https://addons.mozilla.org/about/contact/ or
https://addons.mozilla.org/about/#bugs

2. click on text "bugzilla"


Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
bugzilla form for mozilla update bugs should appear.

If i had not guessed from past experience where bugzilla lives, this bug would
not be reported.

Perhaps a web form on the contacts page would be sufficient (and more user
friendly) for most web related bug reports.

Attachment: adds link to bugzilla to the contact page

This simply adds a link to the Bugzilla form from the contact form. It also
capitalises 'Mozilla Organization' in the same file.

This will eventually need to be added to the FAQ page but that obviously
depends on bug 282844...

Obviously, this is a very minor issue so we may not want/need to make any
changes before we begin development on 2.0
