At the cited URL, I zoomed in on Los Angeles County, which left me near the
bottom of the page.  I then attempted to scroll up to select buttons to get
traffic reports.  Mozilla crashed.

I originally noted this as a comment to bug #260920.  The feedback was that this
is a distinct bug.  That feedback also mentioned bug #292128, but I don't
understand it well enough to determine if that is the same as this problem.
Please always add the used JRE Version if you report a bug related with Java.
(see help/about:plugins).

This looks like a crash in THE JVM itself and not Mozilla.

This applet make firefox close for me. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;

Does not exactly do the same thing in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050519 Firefox/1.0+ but still after using it a little
it close firefox.
