buglist)

expected results:
no inconsistencies among output for various categories of problems

while i'm listing inconsistencies, (this can be split into another bug if people
don't think i've filed enough bugzilla bugs already...)

the following items (visual inspection) do not include a numeric prefix
indicating the number of "bug(s)" found:

Bug(s) found on duplicates table that are not marked duplicate:
Bugs with confirmed status but don't have everconfirmed set:
Bugs that have enough votes to be confirmed but haven't been:
Bugs that have changes but no mail sent for at least half an hour:

additional expected results: I should not see (s) in output, we know the number
so we should pass there right Terms.bug/Terms.bugs.

Lastly, i think i'd rather:

Found X bug[s] {blah}: ##, ##, (as buglist)
