More of a feature request but the spellchecker should (optionally) skip over
names of people you have in your address book, so that the user does not have to
skip over names when spellchecking, or add names to the dictionary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Include a contact's name in an email
2. Spellcheck
3. Spellchecker will suggest that the contact's name is spelt incorrectly (if
the name is not already in the dictionary), even if it is not

Expected Results:
Optionally skip over spellchecking of names of contacts that are already in your
address book.
