in the page at http://www.gmrmodelmanagement.de/displaymodel.php?cat=11 if you
mouseover over the direktionpictures, the layer scrolls and takes the rest with
it. If you scroll the hole window, the site is restored. In IE that Problem does
not happen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Scroll a Layer with the Scrollomat (DW Extension)
2. Do some Artwork under the Layer
3. The Layer will move the Artwork althogh its not in the Layer!

Actual Results:  
The Backgorund scrolls with the Layer

Expected Results:  
Only move the Layer
