When I click a link with the scroll button of the mouse, the link is not opened
in a new tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a web page.
2.Click a link with the scroll button.
Actual Results:
The scroll icon appeared.
Expected Results:
Open the link in a new tab.

Using the context menu to open a link in new tab does work needer. Using ctrl works.
