If I have firefox open and on a secondary monitor and right click to do
something like view source, the menu appears on monitor one. This also happens
with the bookmarks bar's menus as well as the quick fill window that appears to
autocomplete an address typed into the address bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox. 
2. Drag window to a second monitor.
3. Go to any web page.
4. Right click to View source or anything else.

Actual Results:  
Menu appears on wrong screen.

Expected Results:  
Menu should appear by the cursor.
