The menus and autocomplete list (at least) show up on the primary display when
the mozilla window is on the secondary display. I have two monitors configured,
with the primary to the left of the secondary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a multi-monitor setup with the primary monitor to the left of the
secondary monitor
2. Put a mozilla window on a secondary monitor
3. Pull-down a menu

Actual Results:
The menu showed up at the right vertical location but at the right side of the
primary monitor.

Expected Results:
Show the menu under the menu title.

Using the default theme.
Tooltips also exhibit this same behavior.
