dear sir/madam,

i am using linux (FC2) and compile mozilla suit 1.7.8 from source with calendar
enabled.

i have set the password for my publish calendar, then when i type about:config
in the URL, the password has been shown in clear text in the attribute
"calendar.publish.password". i dont know whether it is what you want.

rgds,
kennethl

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set username/password in preference -> calendar -> publishing
2. type about:config from browser's URL
3. you can see the password from attribute calendar.publish.password
Calendar was not supported on the 1.7 branch, the source is simply a snapshot of
whatever early version happened to be there when Mozilla 1.7 development branched.

Trunk versions use the password manager appropriately and do not store the
password in prefs.
