Attempting to deny Buscape Prices Comparison does nothing - it remains in the
queue with the number of extensions in the queue staying the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Attempt to deny Buscape Prices Comparison through the usual means

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. The extension remains in the queue and a message appears to say
that Buscape has been denied.

Expected Results:  
Denied Buscape, sent the comments to the extension author to that effect and
removed it from the approval queue.

I believe this has to do with the accented e, which we do not escape properly.
