Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Find as you type doesn't work on form input. In the pre-1.0 version of Firefox I used to use, Find (Ctrl-F) would find any user text I input into the form as well. The new version 1.0.4, does not. This means if I have entered a complex message and I'm trying to find a word or sentence in it I have to do it manually. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open a page with a form 2.type something into the form 3.press Ctrl-F and then try to Find the text you just input Actual Results: The find bar reports "Phrase not found" and the computer makes a noise. Expected Results: I believe that the software should have highlighted the text that I'd just input into the form. n/a
