The page above (just a single example) on Windows XP platform continuously
refreshes, so Firefox becomes a CPU eater. Other examples have been seen, will
be added.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Simply enter the example site
(http://www.idgnews.net/intl/international.nsf/0/00256AF50054FFC1002570060006596F?OpenDocument)
Actual Results:  
Firefox started to refresh the page automatically after every load.

Expected Results:  
A single load and stop?

Default Theme
Windows XP SP2 with Style XP loaded and running

For me, the URL seems to reload on resizing the browser window with

Don't know if this is expected behaviour - I can't read javascript, so the site
might be doing what it's programmed to.

Firefox never appears to hang for me though.

As Steve said, it refreshes for me when you resize the window but it seems to do
that in Opera and IE6 as well.
