I'm recv'ing the following Error : your Netscape browser does not have
"Microsoft Windows Media Services" plug-ins installed.

I don't have Netscape installed I got Firefox 1.0.4 I'm a first time user to
this browser I like it, Fix the problem with XPSP2 and the Proxy client but I
can't play some of my music.
It brings me to windows site and it says the following.

A license is required to play this file

The file you are trying to play was ripped (copied) from an audio CD.

During the ripping process, the file was "protected." This limits the number of
computers on which the file can be played.

To play the file on this computer, you must download a license (a process known
as "license migration"). A license acts an electronic key that allows you to
"unlock" a protected file and play it.

To download a license for this file, click Download License.

Click on the download button and thats when I get that error.

what to do? HELP ME Please !

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the song
2.Media player comes up
3.Then it send me to Microsoft site then click on download and thats when error
comes up.

Actual Results:
Thats when error comes up.

Expected Results:
I don't know first time Firefox user.
I guess it should play the music.

Note: Other music does play I guess like the microsoft site discribe, but there
should be a fix.
I'm afraid your description does not make this bug easy to track down. For
example, we require a URL for where this problem occurs and also a clearer
explanation. Please use the Mozillazine.org forums to receive support as well.
Thanks

If the site is detecting Firefox as Netscape, that's a site bug.

Protected content in Windows Media Player is far far outside the scope of a
Firefox bug. Trying searching on "DRM" and "Windows Media Player" if you want
something more concrete to understand.
