Edit->Preferences->Select the buttons you want to see in the
toolbars:->Navigation Toolbar->Print is not showing at the bottom or the page
while using certain "msstyles" e.g. XoddX msstyles. It appears that the larger
"OK", "Cancel", and "Help" buttons that the "msstyles" uses takes up the space
where the "Print" tic option would be.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use UXTheme.dll program for changing msstyles
2.load XoddX msstyles
3.open Mozilla
4.go to Edit->Preferences->Select the buttons you want to see in the
toolbars:->Navigation Toolbar
5.the "Print" option is missing.

Actual Results:
Edit->Preferences->Select the buttons you want to see in the
toolbars:->Navigation Toolbar
5.the "Print" option is missing.

Expected Results:
Show the "Print" option.

It seems that the larger buttons (e.g. Set Default Browser, Use Current Page)
push everything down, do you see the same problem in other preference panes with
buttons (->Appearance->Language and Content Packs)? Can you see the Print option
again if you switch back to the default button size/style?
Summary: Edit->Preferences->Select thr buttons you want to see in the toolbars:->Navigation Toolbar->Print → Edit->Preferences->Navigator: Select the buttons you want to see in the toolbars: ->Navigation Toolbar->Print
