The present default QA contact for new NSS bugs is bishakhabanerjee@aol.com
Bishaka is no longer working on NSS QA. 
Please change the default QA contact to be jason.m.reid@sun.com

I will take care of changing the QA contact on existing open NSS bugs to
be Jason, sometime after this request is done, perhaps next week.  

Jason, I hope to be able to change those bugs without deluging you with 
email, but if not, please be forwarned: your inbox may fill up.  :)

Also, Bishakha is the default *assignee* for bugs on NSS component "test".
Please change the default assignee for that component to be Jason, also.
