When I downloaded 1.0.4 I do not connect to any web page. 
The error message is the connection was refused. 
This is the same with any web page I try go to. I am on dsl and have run 
firefox 1.0.3 without any problem

1.Try to start mozilla.

Actual Results:  
No data or pages displayed.

Expected Results:  
Connected and produced web pages.
This is a problem better handled in the mozillazine forums
