Details

This is a regression between i.8b and 1.8b2
Ctrl+shft+v is the keyboard shortcut for paste as quotation
but in 1.8b2 it just pastes, it does not paste as quotation.
Now there seems to be no keyboard shortcut for PAQ.
This WFM with 1.8b2-0516, Win2K.  What's the specific build ID on the version 
you're testing?

Dupe of Bug 295095.  Should be fixed in today's builds.
