Details

The cursor in the Email and Describe Problem textboxes of Reporter appears to
flicker briefly and erratically.

FYI , the flickering has been there from the beginning.
Closing all browser windows and just leaving Reporter open doesn't fix it
Neil: does this belong under reporter, or xul widgets?  I don't think this has
anything to do with reporter's code base.  Any input?
Sorry, but I don't see this in my linux gtk1 suite build.
This is a general XUL widget issue, covered I believe by bug 74361.
