Build Identifier:

duplicates.cgi only looks for duplicates from the last two days. This is too
short for many projects, which means the "most frequently reported bugs" link
from the "enter new bug" page gives no results most of the time.

Suggestions:
1. If the page finds no duplicates, either automatically extend search period
or display a link "click here to search further back".
2. Add an option in the configuration to allow setting the default search
period to more than two days.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit duplicates.cgi when there have been no dupes the last two days.

and

1. Try to set a longer period in configuration.
Actual Results:
Big red message saying "There are no duplicate statistics for today (date
here) or yesterday."

and

No visible option for setting length of period.

Expected Results:
Displayed duplicates from a longer period of history, or a link to such a page.

and

Allowed setting of the period to search in.
You misunderstand the error message. It means that you have not run the script
to collect the duplicate statistics (collectstats.pl) either today or yesterday.
You need to run it. Once you have, the stats will appear.
