When using firefox on the secondary monitor of  a PC with two monitors, all the
right click menus and drop down menus appear on the primary display.   i have
display set up as 1 left, 2 right. the menu appears on the right hand side of
the primary monitor and at the correct height that it should be. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firefox window on secondary monitor
2.right click, or use a drop down menu
3.menu appears on primary screen

Actual Results:  
menu appears on the primary monitor

Expected Results:  
a menu appearing where it is supposed to would be handy
