User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

The banner of this site is in Flash and when you first open the index it is
displayed as a white box, i must find where the file is originally hosted and
open that and come back to this site to view properly. Once working correctly,
flash file will not return if page is refreshed a few times.
error does not occur with any other browser, i tried aol, IE and netscape which
work fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit file source
2.Return to index
3.refresh page until file vanishes

Actual Results:
Flash maintains its dimensions but is completely white and will not view
coorrectly until another visit to file source.

Expected Results:
viewed the page witht he flash banner correctly every time, without need to
return to file source and load the file.

embed tags were used
<embed src = "http://www.freewebs.com/olliver/bolter.swf" width=800 height=200 />

works correctly on other browsers, and works as listed above on firefox.

I see the same, but I don't know why this is.

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

reproduction information if you have it.
