I don't if this is due to l10n, but I'll attach screenshot of how report wizard icon looks in toolbar customization. It's one large icon that consists of many normal icons. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Expected Results: One normal toolbar icon for report wizard. It's CVS build with Bulgarian l10n.
