the save password check box in version 1.0 is not to be found in version 1.02
when asked for password.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start thunderbird
2.asked to supply password

Actual Results:  
the password must be entered mannually each time, because the save password
check box is not in version 1.02.  the check box was in version 1.0.

Expected Results:  
the check box should be visible.

I have two installations of TB1.0.2 and one of them
acts the same as described above. No "save password" checkbox.
3 POP, 1 IMAP and 1 News&Blogs accounts.
Enigmail 0.91.0
AboutConfig 0.5
Smoothweel 0.44.5
OC: Win2K SP4
