several keyboard shortcuts which include Ctrl+Shift+<key> combination work as if
just Ctrl+<key> was pressed. For example Ctrl+Shift+G performs forward search
(as Ctrl+G) instead of backward search, Ctrl+Shift+A (in mail) selects all
messages, instead of selecting thread, Ctrl+Shift+T checks for new messages in
current account only instead of checking all accounts.
