I don't know if you consider this important, but the following dialogs invoked
via Edit - Preferences doesn't close on pressing ESC:

* Download Actions
* Allowed sites - Popups
* Allowed Sites - Software Installation
* Exceptions - Images
* Cookies
* Exceptions - Cookies


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

What I mostly care about is consistency: I just don't like when half of the
dialogs close when ESC is pressed, and others don't.
hmm, i'm quite sure i've seen this kinda bug before ... and getting a WONTFIX
I agree with Ognyan; consistency is key. In any case the severity shouldn't be
normal - changing it to minor. Also changing OS from Linux to All, as I have
reproduced the bug on Windows.
