I can frequently (more often than not, in fact) type my way to a known file's
location faster than I can browse to it in the GUI. At some point the ability to
type a filename into a box to attach went away.

This is a very annoying change, especially since I find myself attaching files
from paths that take ten times longer to navigate to in the GUI than to simply
type in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a message
2. Try to add an attachment
3 [review]. Note lack of text box to type in a path.
