Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "Create a New Attachment"
in the Create New Attachment interface, select a Word file(or other binary file).
2.Click submit after input some Describe and select auto-detect, the error
message got

Expected Results:
Attachment should be created for the bug.
The bug suddently occur today(2005/05/24) because it works fine with binary file
before.
what changed between it working and not working? was mysql or bugzilla upgraded? what version of bugzilla are you running?

I have changed the MySQL parameter "default-character" and I restore it, the bug is disappeared. I don't think it is Bugzilla bug. Maybe it is a MySQL one.
