I don't see how the text of the link is related to the document at its
destination. Please explain what you are trying to do?

Apparently seeking those who might be able to help with testing (reviewing
sounds vague to me) extensions, which is a reasonable idea.

But the link in the patch points to what is mainly a documentation web page, not
details on "how to help". A better link is
http://wiki.mozilla.org/Update:Reviewers_Guide. 

As to the text, suggest "Help us test add-ons, extensions and themes". And skip
"at the Mozilla Update website" which is just verbose.
