Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to the site that has a file url for download. 2. download file using download manager. 3. disconnect manually or not from intenet, when download is in progress and is incomplete. Actual Results: the in progress downloading file is colsed incompletely and firefox announce me that download is now complete and I must download file again. Expected Results: firefox must buffer or save downloaded bytes into temporary file and if I disconnect from internet , firefox must wait until I connect internet again and then continue download until download be complete.

Probably related to bug 265828, although in the reported version of that one, the download hangs, it doesn't resolve as complete. Could also be related to bug 237623.
