Deer Park Alpha 1: Download manager tweak v.0.6.3

Unable to access options menu from downloads window. After clicking 'options',
the download options fail to open correctly. Instead of showing the standard
options window, only a small 'collapsed' window containing nothing appears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open downloads menu (Ctrl+J)
2. Select options


Actual Results:  
Small window appears containing no data/text.

Expected Results:  
Options menu should appear

This is an extension problem and the author of Download Manager Tweak would need
to fix this. It also states on the extension's home page "compatible with
Firefox 1.0 and below"
