User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Internal pages within company intranet containing web pages with ASP and JS create an abnormal exit from firefox when a memory violation occurs after clicking on a link anr/or button to next form/page. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce I have a snapshot of the alert window just before firefox exits, where can I put it so you can see what im talking about
Do you have talkback installed? (ie were you able to send in a crash report to the Mozilla server when the crash happened?) A picture of the alert window is of doubtful value. We need a Talkback crash report ID, or a reproduceable crash.
Did you get a "memory could not be read" message?
...and also, did you visit a webpage that had a movie using windows media player?
No reply from reporter --> invalid please reopen if you can reproduce with a nightly build and answer the question in comment 2 and comment 3
