Whatever the site, if selecting the link using right click  ( Apple-Click ) and
select open link to new window. The action will see the browser do load
something but the new window never appear but a single entry ( totally empty )
will appear under the Window menu item, but not accessable ( you can click on
this empty entry but nothing happen ) This action is same if the link is a
Javascript instructing the broweser to open link in new window.

After which the browsere will work normally but will not quit ( cannot shut dowm
these invisibl;e windows ? ) and must use OS X force quit to end the browser

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Any site, got a link
2. Right click and open link in new windows
3. said problem replicated, nothing shown on screen

Actual Results:  
as nothing happended, until you try to quit, then the user must force quit the
browser

Expected Results:  
Just open a new window which is accessable and

The OS X version is 10.1.5 on my iBook and the current Tiger on my powerbook.
Both 1.04 version of Traditional Chinese and British english build of the
firefox shown same behaviour
What extensions do you have installed?  Is this a dup of bug 271476?
