This happened by accident, but I was in print preview and went to refresh
another page, instead refreshed the the print preview page. It disables most of
the print preview tool bar. Only fix was to close the browser window and reopen it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit a page, any page i used tbnweekly.com since thats where i was, also
tested with yahoo.com 
2. file > print preview
3. press f5 (refresh page)

Actual Results:  
page reloaded, tool bars items failed to function. Couldn't find way out of
print preview.

Expected Results:  
humm.. maybe not allowed a refresh from within print preview

This apears to be fixed in the trunk builds

WFM as per comment 1. Reporter in Firefox 1.1 the refresh of print preview
appears to be disabled.
