If I use the /kick-ban warning, I get a JS error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure that you are an op at the channel you're testing this at.
2. Type '/kick-ban <user>' or '/kick-ban <user> <reason>'.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
=-=	Mode #foo +b foo!bar@baz by foo
=-=	foo was booted from #foo by YOU (foo)
Please upgrade to a more recent version of ChatZilla (0.9.68.5 is latest at time
of writing), where this bug is fixed.
