I'll attach a screenshot of my bookmarks menu, it touches the bottom of the
screen. The root is so big that it doesn't fit on the screen, that's why you can
see the down arrow you can scroll it with. Then I open a submenu which is too
big as well, but there's no arrow, there's no way of scrolling it, except for
scrolling its parent. IMHO it simply thinks that the screen is so big that its
parent menu can fit there, so it can fit too. When I scroll the root menu to the
bottom, and open the same submenu, it stays on screen.

Probably a dupe of bug 245163 - but they all mention the right click context
menu as opposed to the bookmarks menu.

In this shot, the context menu stays properly on screen.

I am use Bookmark menu and it is show down arrow and up arrow.

I tried a huge bookmark submenu and a smaller and a bigger root bookmark menu and scrolling arrows appeared iff needed so I guess it's fine now.
