Images blocked (usually via the "Block images from" menu item) do not display
any alternate content such as alt text (for img elements) or child nodes (for
object elements).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/
2. Block images from http://images.vbulletin.com/
3. Reload page


Expected Results:  
Image blocking should work like disabled images.
I think this is a duplicate of bug 41924.
