When installing the tabx extension, a dialog box was shown with the title
'incompatible extension'. However, the dialog box and the two buttons on it were
completely blank.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to url http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info/tabx
2. Click Install (after adding extensionroom.mozdev.org to whitelist)
3. Click 'Install Now'

Actual Results:
Empty dialog with blank buttons is shown.

Expected Results:
A meaningfull text is shown telling me about the problem.

I also can't reproduce it at home on Windows 2000 with the latest nightly. I'll
try again to reproduce at work on Windows XP, like before, this monday.
I've seen this periodically with several different dialogs and am very sure this
is a duplicate of bug 295539 which covers this issue generically.
