Most of our tree rows are too close together because there is no space between the rows of text. I have a fix for this in my local tree that adds 1 pixel above and below tree rows so that they will look more like 4.x and become much easier to read. This is very low risk as it is a few lines changed in globa.css

Fix checked in. This will make every tree in Seamonkey get extra vertical spacing. Some trees like the folder pane in mail news will now look too far apart but that will be fixed when we checkin the real icons for folders.

hangas, could you possibly verify this one? I haven't seen the tree widget spacing closely enough to definitively note a one-pixel change.
