Most of our tree rows are too close together because there is no space between
the rows of text. I have a fix for this in my local tree that adds 1 pixel above
and below tree rows so that they will look more like 4.x and become much easier
to read. This is very low risk as it is a few lines changed in globa.css
Nominating as beta1 due to popular demand. Fix in local tree ready to go when

Putting on PDT+ radar for beta1. If fix reviewed, please get in ASAP.

Fix checked in. This will make every tree in Seamonkey get extra vertical
spacing. Some trees like the folder pane in mail news will now look too far
apart but that will be fixed when we checkin the real icons for folders.

hangas, could you possibly verify this one? I haven't seen the tree widget
spacing closely enough to definitively note a one-pixel change.
