Tested on 20050526-nightrat on linux
Note: This was also present before the checkin for bug 260120.

The datepicker shows the incorrect end-date if all-day event has been checked.

Reproducable: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Create a new event
2.) Select 'All Day'.
3.) Open the End Date datepicker
4.) Change the End Date

Actual results:
On 3.) The datepicker highlights the date either 1 or 2 days in the future from
what is shown in the text display. It shows 1 day ahead if the timepicker for
the end-time is set before the start-time and 2 days ahead if it is after.
On 4.) Choosing any date displays the date 1 or 2 days prior in the text display
when the datepicker is closed. (So repeatedly opening and closing the
datepicker will increment the end-date by 2 each time.)

Expected results:
Datepicker and text display should agree.

Sorry, searched for 'picker' not 'all day'.
