Sometimes The firefox will automatic scroll to the top while you're scrolling
down the bookmark.(Alt+B)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use your mouse and click the (B)ookmark.
2.Scroll down the bookmark at a position and exit.
3.click the (B)ookmark again

Actual Results:  
Sometimes nothing happen,sometimes will automatic scroll to the top and you
can't handle the bookmark before it complete.

Expected Results:  
Very annoying.Hope that can improvement in next release version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use your mouse and click the (B)ookmark.
2.Scroll down the bookmark at a position and exit.
3.Click the (B)ookmark.Then onMouseover any one or try to scroll down again.
