Discovered that password manager seems to looses the stored login information
(username & password) if the login fails because server is offline.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tried to connected to phpMyAdmin on my Database server
2. Database server temporarily offline, login failed
3. When trying to login later, password manager has dosn't fill in username and
password anymore



Expected Results:  
Remember the login information if login fails not because of a wrong
username/password
