Everytime I load mozilla a screen apparently from Netscape (which I have never
used)appears called quality feedback agent. There is no exit button nor 'next'
button. The only way to get rid is end the task (alt cntrl del). Can't find it
in programs to uninstall.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on mozilla
2.
3.

Actual Results:
A frontpage from 'Netscape' appears and sits doing nothing.

Expected Results:
worked normally
I believe the quality feedback agent is the Talkback
client, so I am changing product to Core: Talkback client
for investigation.

That Feedback Agent appears when Mozilla crashes. Please try to uninstall
Mozilla and install Mozilla again. If it still crashes, file a new bug (with
talkback id if possible, you can get it by launching components/talkback.exe in
your Mozilla program folder).
