User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 I'm basically looking for an implementation of the solution to bug #11008 but in Firefox instead of the Mozilla Suite. There's a great extension that does that (Paranoia Button - http://downloads.mozdev.org/cdn/x/x.xpi), but you need to press a button. If that feature could be added as a default option to Firefox, it would be greatly appreciated by many users. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Tools - Options - Privacy 2. Search for checkboxes to "empty on shutdown" for each individual options 3. No such options Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Have one checkbox per privacy setting to automatically clear the ones that are selected when the user closes his browser. Not having this option can lead to serious exposure of private data and hence, reduce Firefox' ability to properly handle user privacy.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050526 Firefox/1.0+ ID:2005052610 WFM In the current trunk builds that will become Firefox 1.1 Sanatise options have been added. This is either Dupe/WFM/Fixed not sure which. In future please use trunk builds before filling bugs.
