When selecting the "landscape" or "portrait" view buttons in the print preview,
the print preview pane closes. The change is nonetheless applied, which can be
seen when the print preview is again brought up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose "Print Active Calendars..." from the File menu.
2. Choose your options in the dialogue box and press "ok".
2. Press the "Landscape" or "Portrait" buttons on the toolbar.

Actual Results:  
The print preview closes, but the change is still applied.

Expected Results:  
The software should have kept open the print preview window and shown the
appropriate view changes in the preview pane.

I was using the default theme. I have not attempted this on other themes. There
was no crash dialogue.

Josh,
   Please search Bugzilla thoroughly before filing these bugs.  This one looks
like a pretty exact duplicate of bug 275528.
