Details

It would be really nice to be able to change a bug's resolution after it was
marked Resolved.

For example, sometimes the bug owner marks his own bug Resolved/FIXED, while it
should clearly be Resolved/INVALID or Resolved/WORKSFORME.

Currently, to change the resolution, you'd have to re-open the bug and then
re-mark it.

Would be nice to have a drop down with combo box that says "Resolve bug,
changing resolution to..", just like the one you have when the bug is not marked
Resolved.
