If the application is switched (via Command-Tab) while a tooltip happens to be
displayed, the tooltip remains on the screen. It remains, eclipsing all other
content.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the mouse such that a tooltip appears (e.g. over a tab title or a
toolbar  item)
2. Switch to another application via Commmand-Tab
3.

Actual Results:  
Even though new application eclipses the Firefox window, the tooltip remains,
eclipsing the new application.

Expected Results:  
Tooltip should have gone away (either been hidden along with the main Firefox
window, or, more likely, been removed)
