When it opens it freezes every time and i cant use it. i tried reinstalling it 
but it didnt work.

Reproducible: Always

freezes

Sorry but bugzilla is not for support questions.
Please use (for example) the mozillazine.org Forums for that.

And of course, we can't fix something in the Internet Explorer :
"Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; Q312461; SV1; (R1 1.1))"

BTW: running ff in the safemode and removing the broken extension shsould fix
that (If you mean Firefox).
