if you choose "view->page style->no style" and then go back to "basic page
style", the page remains in the "no style" state. It affects the next page you
load as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a website, for example www.emutalk.net
2. Choose "view->page style->no style".
3. Choose "view->page style->basic page style" again.

Actual Results:
The page remains in the "no style" state.

Expected Results:
The page should go back to the "basic page style" state.
I get this error in the console when trying to switch back to the default style:
JavaScript error: chrome://browser/content/browser.js, line 4905: frame has no
properties

and this one when trying to select No Style again:
JavaScript error: chrome://browser/content/browser.js, line 4988: frame has no
properties

I don't know when the regression happened.
