Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto mozilla wiki
2. go "Marketing:Standardized Letters: Internet Cafés"
   http://wiki.mozilla.org/Marketing:Standardized_Letters:_Internet_Caf%C3%A9s
3. click "10. Japanese" in "Table of contents"
4. Japanese text can read
5. login a mozilla wiki
6. goto "Marketing:Standardized Letters: Internet Cafés"
7. click "10. Japanese" in "Table of contents"
8. Japanese text is garbage.




reproduce with 2005052706-trunk/Suite/WinXP, 20050524-trunk/Firefox/WinXP.
